It is my great pleasure to offer a few words of congratulations and encouragement to the Economics and Finance Society on its 84 inauguration.

 

Since its establishment in 1940, the EFS has grown to become the largest student-led non-profit organisation here at The University of Hong Kong. The theme for its year's inauguration – “Determined to Rise, Aspired to Shine” – speaks to the Society's never- ending pursuit of excellence and its commitment to providing opportunities for its members to succeed at the highest levels, academically and professionally.

 

Campus life is undeniably one of the most enriching and rewarding components of the university experience. Members are highly encouraged to take advantage of all the great events and activities organised by EFS to shape a uniquely memorable experience.
